Military grade protection
HD680 meets the requirements of the United States Military Standard MIL-STD-810G 516.6. This is ensured by a triple-layer construction that includes a shock-absorbing silicone housing, durable protection, and a shock-absorbing hard drive mount. Thanks to this, the external hard drive can withstand drops from a height of up to 1.22 meters.

Data security thanks to AES encryption
256-bit AES encryption protects your data with a password and prevents it from falling into the wrong hands.

Convenient cable management
There is a handy groove around the casing of the drive for convenient storage of the detachable USB cable. When not in use, the cable can be detached and wrapped around the HD680.

Shock sensors
The fall or shock may result in errors or bad sectors of the hard disk. The HD680 has shock sensors that let you know when it detects a collision or shock with a red indicator light.
